Welcome to the Yu Lab research page. Our lab is focused on elucidating the mechanistic actions of noncoding RNAs in different types of diseases.
We are currently interested in how noncoding RNAs regulate metabolic processes in cancer and how microRNAs can be used as anti-cancer therapeutics. We have also developed a novel platform for generating high yield and high purity Bioengineered RNA Agents (BERAs) that can be used as therapeutics for cancer and other diseases.
